Shipping

Most orders require 1-2 business days to process from the time of purchase (Eastern Standard Time). We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless another option is selected. Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore Mara Hoffman, Inc is not responsible for lost and/or stollen packages.  

  • Shipping Methods and Costs

    • FedEx Ground and Home Delivery: delivers 5-10 days after processing
    • FedEx Express Saver: delivers 2-3 business days after processing
    • FedEx Priority Overnight: guaranteed delivery next business day after processing
    • Saturday Delivery Option: Available only on FedEx Priority Overnight shipments processed to ship on Friday. Orders must be received by 12PM EST (Noon) on Friday to qualify for Saturday Delivery.

      At checkout, you can estimate the Shipping and Tax Cost by selecting your 'Ship to' state and zip code.

    We currently do not offer

    • Delivery to P.O. Boxes
    • International Returns

    Shipment Notification

    You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions:

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Mara Hoffman, Inc, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Mara Hoffman, Inc. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please email your shipping and handling questions or comments CustomerService@marahoffman.com.

  • RETURNS

    MaraHoffman.com will happily accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund within 20 days from purchase date.

    All items noted as FINAL SALE in the product description cannot be returned. 

    Items cannot be returned after 20 days of purchase date.

    MaraHoffman.com currently does not accept and will not process International returns.

    MaraHoffman.com is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items.

    Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will MaraHoffman.com be responsible for re-shipping refused packages.

    We are unable to process returns for any Mara Hoffman items purchased from an outside retailer.

    Upon the receipt of returned goods, MaraHoffman.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

    Any returns made using a Promotional Code, will be fully refunded however a new code will not be re-issued. 

    Your return will be processed within 5 - 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.

    MaraHoffman.com does not offer Store Credit for returned merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. 

     

    Return/Exchange with Promotional Code

    All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified. Exchange orders will not qualify for use of the original promotional code if the code has expired at the time when the exchange takes place.  Various restrictions may apply.

     

    BRIDAL RETURNS

    MaraHoffman.com will happily accept returns of all unwashed, unworn, unaltered bridal merchandise within 20 days from shipping date. We do not accept International returns. MaraHoffman.com is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items.Upon the receipt of returned goods, MaraHoffman.com reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet policy requirement
     

    Please note the following:

    A restocking fee of $20.00 will occur if: All merchandise is not sent back in its original packaging.

    All original tags must remain on the merchandise to be eligible for return.

    Your return will be processed in 5-10 days of receipt of merchandise and will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

    How to Return an Item

    For registered customers -

    Log in to your MaraHoffman.com account.

    On the left side of the account page, select RETURNS.

    Click REQUEST A RETURN.

    From the drop down menu, select the order number from which you would like to return.

    Check the box for for the item(s) you wish to return

    Please specify your REASON FOR RETURN.

    Please provide any additional information or feedback in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section.

    Once complete, click SUBMIT REQUEST.


    Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number that is to be included in your return shipment.

    Any returns made without an approved RMA number will NOT be refunded.


    For non-registered/guest customers -

    To request a return, click on the following link - GUEST RETURNS

    Enter the order number you wish to return (this can be found in your order confirmation email) and e-mail address.

    Check the box for the item(s) you wish to return.

    Please specify your REASON FOR RETURN.

    Please provide any additional information or feedback in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section.

    Once complete, click 'SUBMIT REQUEST'


    Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number that should be included in your return shipment.

    Any returns made without an approved RMA number will NOT be refunded.


    Damaged Products & Shipping Errors

    In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Service via email at CustomerService@marahoffman.com prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.


  • Mara Hoffman Gilt City Voucher Code

    Package: $200 paid value for $400 merchandise credit.
    Valid for redemption on MaraHoffman.com for FALL 2013 merchandise only
    Redemption period: 9/14/2013 - 11/15/2013

    Terms and Conditions:

    Valid towards Fall 2013 merchandise only. Code may not be applied towards previous purchases. Code is limited to one customer only. Code is limited to one-time use only. Code cannot be combined with other offers or promotional codes. Code is exempt from tax and shipping cost. Customer must spend at least $200 for code to be active. Full Value must be used in one visit; no change or credit returned. Example 1: If customer spends $250, she will loose the remaining $150 Example 2: If customer spends $450, she will pay the balance of $50.

    Purchase from code is Final Sale and Non Returnable. If product(s) purchased are returned without authorization from MaraHoffman.com, a credit will be issued for the amount of paid value only.

    Promotional Value ($400) expires November 15, 2013. Paid Value ($200) expires 5 years from date of purchase. In order to use paid value after expiration, please contact info@marahoffman.com to activate a new code.
