Shipping

Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless another option is selected.

  • Shipping Methods and Costs

    • UPS Standard Ground: delivers 5-10 days after processing
    • UPS Second Day: guaranteed delivery 2 days after processing
    • UPS Next Day Air: guaranteed delivery next business day after processing
    • At checkout, you can estimate the Shipping and Tax Cost by selecting your 'Ship to' state and zip code.

    We currently do not offer

    • International shipping
    • Saturday delivery
    • Delivery to P.O. Boxes

    Shipment Notification

    You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view tracking information once your order has shipped.



  • RETURNS


    Marahoffman.com is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items.

    We are unable to process returns for any Mara Hoffman items purchased from an outside retailer.

    Marahoffman.com will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund within 20 days from the shipping date.

    Items cannot be returned after 20 days.

    All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned at any time.

    Upon the receipt of returned goods, Marahoffman.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

    Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will marahoffman.com be responsible for re-shipping refused packages.

    Most returns are processed within 5 - 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.

    Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.


    How to Return an Item


    For registered customers -

    Log in to your MaraHoffman.com account.

    On the left side of the account page, select RETURNS.

    Click REQUEST A RETURN.

    From the drop down menu, select the order number from which you would like to return.

    Check the box for for the item(s) you wish to return

    Please specify your REASON FOR RETURN.

    Please provide any additional information or feedback in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section.

    Once complete, click SUBMIT REQUEST.


    Once your return has been approved you will receive an email with your RMA number that is to be written on the OUTSIDE of your return shipment and included INSIDE the shipment as well.

    Any returns made without an approved RMA number will NOT be refunded.


    For non-registered/guest customers -

    To request a return, click on the following link - GUEST RETURNS

    Enter the order number you wish to return (this can be found in your order confirmation email) and e-mail address.

    Check the box for the item(s) you wish to return.

    Please specify your REASON FOR RETURN.

    Please provide any additional information or feedback in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section.

    Once complete, click 'SUBMIT REQUEST'


    Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number that should be included in your return shipment.

    Any returns made without an approved RMA number will NOT be refunded.


    Damaged Products & Shipping Errors

    In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Service via email at CustomerService@marahoffman.com prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.
