Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless another option is selected.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be sent in a separate email.
Marahoffman.com will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date.
Items returned after 14 days may be returned for store credit only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Upon the receipt of returned goods, Marahoffman.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt of merchandise. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your Marahoffman.com account and clicking on the Order History tab. You must be registered with Marahoffman.com to check your return status online.
Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, marahoffman.com will issue another gift card for the full refund amount.

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Service via email at CustomerService@marahoffman.com prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.
You may return a gift purchased from Marahoffman.com. You will be issued a Mara Hoffman gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise, which will be mailed to you. We are unable to process returns for items purchased at a Mara Hoffman retail location.
To exchange an item, please fill out the exchange request form included with your order or email customerservice@marahoffman. We will assist you with your return and reorder of new merchandise. Currently we do not offer customer service via telephone.
