Go to the My Account section at the top of the page and follow the prompts to create a username and password. You need only to provide us with your name and email address to register an account.

No, you may place an order and check out without registering an account by clicking the “checkout as a guest” option on the checkout page.
Registering an account is helpful for those who wish to store billing information and take advantage of the Express Checkout option.
Go to the My Account section at the top of the page and click on the “forgot password” link. Please enter the email address you used to sign up for your account and we’ll send a temporary password to the email address.
Once you have logged in with your temporary password, go to the profile section of My Account and click the “Change Password” link to select a new password.
Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless another option is selected.

You will be automatically updated of your order status, via email, as it changes. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. You will receive a second email that includes tracking information once your order has shipped.
You may also check the status of your order by logging into your marahoffman.com account and clicking the Order History tab. You must register for an account with marahoffman.com to check your order status online.
Marahoffman.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Marahoffman.com Gift Cards. Marahoffman.com does not accept checks, cash or money orders.
From time to time marahoffman.com offers special discounts that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the code on the Shopping Bag page and hit the “Apply” button. The discount will be applied to your order at checkout.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: New York.
Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Marahoffman.com will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date.
Items returned after 14 days may be returned for store credit only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Upon the receipt of returned goods, Marahoffman.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt of merchandise. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your Marahoffman.com account and clicking on the Order History tab. You must be registered with Marahoffman.com to check your return status online.
Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, marahoffman.com will issue another gift card for the full refund amount.

Bergen ShippersIn the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Service via email at CustomerService@marahoffman.com prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.
You may return a gift purchased from Marahoffman.com. You will be issued a Mara Hoffman gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise, which will be mailed to you. We are unable to process returns for items purchased at a Mara Hoffman retail location.
To exchange an item, please fill out the exchange request form included with your order or email customerservice@marahoffman. We will assist you with your return and reorder of new merchandise. Currently we do not offer customer service via telephone.
