if i had to choose…

1 item of clothing above all of the rest, it would be this scarf. no question. it’s been with me through dark and light, it’s been a blanket, a cape, a turban, a veil, a dress, a towel, a comfort always. it’s been a part of me for over 5 years, wearing thin, but it just becomes more beautiful. maybe someday i’ll write a song about how much i love it.
